Q:  Do I have any chance of keeping my licence if I blew a .16?

A: yes, you should hire an attorney in your area with experience to evaluate your case. The DA has to do little more than to prove you were driving and that the blood alcohol level was greater than 0.08. It is difficult to predict any outcome without knowing all of the facts. If this is your 1st DUI, or at least your first within 10 years, you are likely to "lose" your driving privilege for a mandatory 30 days and thereafter be able to drive on a "restricted driving privilege," to and from work and to and from the DUI program. Good luck.
