My ticket says I was a .08, is that true?

Hello this Attorney Patrick Silva with another answer to one of your frequently asked questions. Many times I get asked. They wrote .08 on my ticket, was that my blood or breath result? Unfortunately what the officer wrote was just a legal standard in definition of vehicle code 23152B. So no that is not what your blood or breath alcohol result was, that's just the definition of vehicle code 23152B.
