I got a ticket for suspended licence but i did have insurance

A: You are looking at least 10 days in jail on the new case and, if the DUI was your first, up to 6 months on the PV. This may be the one time you are lucky to be in Ventura County because LA county has the "H2O" program that targets people with suspended licenses when they have court dates. They follow them to their car and then arrest them and the Prosecutor asks for 60 days in jail!
